Hi, I'm Miss Michy!
I'm Michelynn Lott, but you can call me Miss Michy! My background in teaching and my work as the founder of Lotts of Luv has given me the opportunity to connect with children and families in so many different ways.
One thing I've learned is that children are naturally curious. They're always asking questions, figuring things out, and coming up with creative solutions.
I wanted to create something that would encourage that curiosity while introducing children to a world of possibilities. And that's how Miss Michy's Career Quest came to life!

Why I Created Career Quest
Growing up, and later as a teacher, I noticed a lack of exposure and representation when it came to different careers.
Children can't always dream about opportunities they don't know exist.
I wanted to help change that.
That's why I created Miss Michy's Career Quest, a place where children can discover careers, meet real-world professionals, and learn how their skills help solve everyday problems.
Through storytelling, mysteries, and hands-on STEM adventures, children get to explore what's possible while building curiosity, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
And I believe that if children know what's possible and see what's possible, they'll dream bigger!

Every great adventure needs a little sunshine!
When a mystery pops up, Sol helps us slow down, stay calm, and think clearly.
Together, we follow clues, ask questions, and shine some light on the problem!
And before every Career Quest, Sol reminds us:
"With calm hearts and clear minds, we're ready to find a helper who's kind."
